There's more to an instrument than just its looks. Not only does it have to sound pleasing to both the ear of the player and the listener, but it must also respond easily and feel good in the hands. A poorly set up instrument is hardly characteristic of a joyous music-making affair and serves only to hinder potential. As a musician with more than 20 years of experience playing the fiddle combined with 10+ years of violin making and experience working in a violin shop, I have developed the necessary skills to cater to a customer's needs.

In addition to crafting hand-made violins and violas, I specialize in instrument set-up and tonal adjustments (including 5-stringed instruments), bow rehairs, and am able to accommodate folk and classical musicians, as well as anyone in between. For inquiries and bookings, please contact me.
